My custom illustrations are focused on capturing the charm and character of a building itself. People, pets, and cars are not included in these pieces.

Photo Submission Deadline

To ensure your painting can be completed on time, photos must be submitted at least three (3) weeks before the scheduled shipping date. If photos are not submitted on time, the painting’s completion and delivery may be delayed.

Sketch Approval Process

You will receive the initial pencil sketch 1–2 weeks before the painting’s completion and shipping date.
Once the sketch is sent, you have three (3) days to review it and request any changes. If no response is received within that time, I will assume the sketch is approved and proceed with finalizing the painting.
Buyers are allowed one round of edits to the sketch. Once the updated sketch is sent, no further changes can be made.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of these illustrations, refunds and exchanges are not available. Each illustration is a whimsical and playful interpretation — please review my previous works to get a sense of my artistic style.

Copyright and Licensing

All illustrations are protected by copyright law and remain the intellectual property of Amelia Bradshaw Watercolor Illustrations. Your purchase grants you the right to use the artwork for personal use only.
Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of the artwork is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the artist.

Completion and Delivery

Your custom illustration will be carefully packaged and shipped by the “Ship By” date selected at checkout.
Please note: the “Ship By” date is the mailing date, not the delivery date. Delivery times will vary depending on USPS.
